On January 23, 2019 (4th) China Electronic Information Industry Integration Development Forum was hosted by the China Information Technology Industry Federation (MIIT) in Beijing.
Luo Wen, the Deputy Minister of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

He pointed out that to promote the electronic information industry and achieve high-quality development goals, we need to do the following four tasks:

1. Cultivate new potential energy and focus on transforming the industry developments.
2. Develop new kinetic energy and adjust the industrial structure.
3. Build a new ecology and promote the coordinated development of all links in the industrial chain.
4. Open up a new situation and deepen the high level of openness of the industry.
